OUR REFUND POLICY

We appreciate your business and hope you find no need to request a refund, however we understand there are times refunds are needed. Please reference the policy below should you ever need a refund for any of our products.

TheProjectExperience.com Refund Policy:

Full Refund: If your course account is unused and you request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase a full refund can be applied.

Partial Refund: If your course account is unused and you request a refund between 15-60 days from the date of purchase a partial refund of 50% can be applied.

Merchandise Credit: If you request a refund after 60 days from the date of purchase we can grant you a merchandise credit that may be applied to any of our products.

*Some restrictions may apply for refunds requested 60+ days after purchase.
